Luna Screens is both a content management software and a software-as-a-service platform that focuses on being straightforward and super useful. The idea is that simple is better and less is more. This is the fourth part of the mini-series about Luna Screens' features.
You don’t need a bunch of complicated stuff to have a great tool for managing what you show on your screens. Luna Screens wants to grow and be a big deal in the digital signage world, and it is made to be easy for everyone to use, even if you are not a computer or digital tools expert. You may look at it like a bow (screen as the launching tool), quiver (media library as the storage), and arrows (content files as the “attention-piercing” projectiles) – three main components that are easy to understand and manage.
Now, let’s talk about a super handy feature: changing screen orientation. To get started, just find your screen on the dashboard.
Once you are on the dashboard, click the edit button up the top of the screen preview section as shown on the screenshot below.
On the ‘Edit Screen’ window, you will have four options:
0° is the default setting for landscape orientation
90° rotates the displayed content counterclockwise to a portrait orientation
180° flips the content to an inverted landscape position
270° brings the content to an inverted portrait position
This feature is meant to make the viewing experience better whether you are reading content upright or enjoying videos wide. Easily switch orientations without the hassle and enjoy your digital displays to the fullest. Luna Screens is all about bringing you tech that makes life easier. And this is one way to bring you a step closer to the perfect digital experience.
